If you are like me and you love fresh fruit, well this is the best place to buy fruit in Caleta De Fuste. It is not in the town but just outside. You will need a car or you could walk there (over the desert). I have made a quick video to show you the shops location. It is definitely worth visiting as fruit is fresher, bigger and cheaper than the resort town of Caleta De Fuste. Look at the size of the vegetables over here!!

Well, there is big development in Caleta De Fuste's marina. A big pyramid roof shaped resort is now being built. I wonder will the floating shop get to keep its location now?You can see the pyramid roof from this shot, beside castle.  All of this June 2012 will be populating areas, beaches bars etc from Caleta De Fuste. So watch this space.
If you are looking for fresh breads and some nice sweet treats , this bakery shop is at the top of the main street (passed Fragile Rocks) and has an array of cakes for the most discerning sweet tooth.  |
